A visit to the circus turns into a real adventure for Knight Rusty, Lady Bo, and the dragon Koks: When Koks accidentally sets the ring ablaze while fire-breathing, the entire mythical forest is thrown into turmoil. While Knight Rusty is baffled, Lady Bo devises a plan to get the fire under control – but she can't do it without the help of the audience…
With infectious enthusiasm, rapid role changes, and imaginative costumes, actor Manfred Kessler brings the characters from Jörg Hilbert and Felix Janosa's popular Knight Rust series to life on stage. Music, theatre, and interactive elements combine to create a vibrant production – an entertaining experience for the whole family.
The Chapiteau Theatre was founded in 1984 as a tent theatre by the author, actor, and songwriter Manfred Kessler. Until 1996, he toured with a circus tent and a troupe of actors, musicians, and technicians. He is still on the road today, performing his musical theatre shows throughout Germany.
