Am Sunday, May 07.07.2024th, XNUMX, the Neuenbürg Castle Gardens are transformed into a colorful festive landscape. The International Summer Festival, a joint project of the Diakonieverband (diaconal association), the town of Neuenbürg Castle, the Internationaler Bund (International Federation), the Evangelical Methodist Church, the Black Forest Association, and the Gymnastics Club, cordially invites all citizens to celebrate together.

The festival will take place at 11:00 p.m. The event was opened by the mayor of Neuenbürg, Mr. Bader. The event then began with a dance and song performance by the German-Ukrainian Society "Oberih" from Pforzheim.

At a time when solidarity and understanding are more important than ever, we invite you to 11:40 p.m. to a multi-religious prayer for peace. Together we want to celebrate the diversity of our community and advocate for peace and tolerance.

Ab 12:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy an international buffet that offers a wide selection of culinary delights from all over the world.

At the same time, the regionally well-known “red-hot” Big Band Pforzheim will be providing musical entertainment on the stage in the castle garden with lively music.

A special highlight for the younger guests is the musical theatre piece "The Egyptian Goose Aida", performed by the Pforzheim Theatre. The first performance begins at 13:00 p.m., the second at 15:00 p.m. in the romantic ruin.

Um 13:50 p.m. followed by a dance performance by the hip-hop dance group “Kids” Turnverein Neuenbürg.

A cycling course organized by the Neuenbürg Bicycle Workshop and a games course organized by the Neuenbürg Gymnastics Club provide sporting activities and fun. A hip hop workshop (led by Kerstin Bohn) is offered by the Neuenbürg Gymnastics Club.

Creative minds will find something to enjoy with the Tuesday Painters from the Straubenhardt family home, led by artist Dirk Schiebel-Zefferer. In the shared art area, artists of all ages can let their imaginations run wild. The Lions Club Neuenbürg Schloss and the Schenkzeit eV association from Karlsbad are also involved in the summer festival.

Since there is no parking at the castle, a free shuttle service is available from 10:45 a.m. to 17.30:XNUMX p.m., which runs between the castle, the Waldrennacher Steige and the market square.
