Discover the power of nature – Join us for forest bathing! (Castle Adventure Day)

June 15, 2025 | 13:00 - 14:00

Do you feel like everyday life often keeps you on edge? Are you looking for a place where you can let go, breathe deeply, and be completely at peace with yourself? Then we cordially invite you to experience the magic of forest bathing with us!

Forest bathing, also known as "Shinrin-Yoku," originated in Japan. When Professor Murao Koichi, a Japanese forestry scientist, spent some time in Germany in the 1970s, he noticed that local people enjoyed visiting the forest for relaxation. Upon returning to Japan, he shared his observations, and the birth of forest bathing in Japan was born.

Forest bathing isn't about swimming – it's about immersing yourself in the forest's atmosphere. Together, we stroll through nature, breathe in the fresh air, experience the peace, and listen to the gentle rustling of the leaves. There's no room for rushing here; it's just for you and the moment.

What awaits you?

  • reduce stress: The calming environment has been proven to reduce stress levels.
  • Recharge your batteries: The green of the trees acts as a recharge for the soul.
  • Strengthen body and mind: The fresh forest air strengthens your immune system and calms your mind.
  • Experience with all your sensesFeeling the ground barefoot, breathing in the scent of moss, seeing the soft light through the trees – an experience for body and soul.

Forest bathing isn't a sport, but rather a mindful immersion in the tranquility of the forest. You don't need to bring anything—just yourself and the openness to experience nature in a new way.

Sign up and dive with us into the wonderful world of forest bathing!
